Tim Emick
Owner/Chairman
Tim started Timberline Landscaping in 1982 with the goal of “Creating a little bit of Heaven” for each client. He holds numerous certifications including: Landscape Industry Certifications in Hardscape and Softscape Installation, Irrigation, Ornamental and Turf Maintenance, is a Certified Snow Professional, and a Landscape Industry Certified Manager.
Judd Bryarly
Chief Executive Officer
Judd has been with Timberline since 1992. Mr. Bryarly has served as President of the Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado and is Landscape Industry Certified in Installation and a Certified Landscape Professional through PLANET. 30 Hour OSHA Certified.
Craig Nesbit
Chief Financial Officer
Joining the company in 2017, Craig brings over 25 years of construction and real estate development experience to the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Timberline ONE companies. Craig holds an active Colorado CPA certificate, an MBA and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED). He is responsible for the overall financial operations of the company including financial and job reporting, cash flow management and forecasting, risk management and Information Technology among other duties.
Craig and his wife, Ann, have two children and when not working enjoys Colorado’s snow skiing, mountain biking and physical fitness activities.
Stephanie Early
Chief Strategic Officer
Stephanie graduated from Arizona State University in 2007 with a B.F.A. in Photography and is Certified in In-Bound Marketing. She has served Timberline since 2013 and manages Timberline Building Systems’ brand image and strategy through her dedication to strategic planning and execution. Stephanie excels at providing value through knowledge-sharing and collaborative innovation. She and her husband Steve have one daughter, Norah, and enjoy photography, hiking, and all Colorado has to offer.
Cameron Emick
Project Manager
Cameron returned to the Timberline Team in April of 2021 after spending nearly 10 years working in project management and government contracting as a Project Engineer for CDOT. He graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (2011) and a Master’s in Engineering and Technology Management (2012). Cameron is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado, and he is also certified with the state as a Stormwater Management Preparer and an Erosion Control Supervisor.
Cameron, his wife, Jackie, and three kids enjoy camping, fishing, and spending time together enjoying the outdoors.
Joe Davis
Superintendent
Joe is a Superintendent and a third-generation concrete finisher with 22 years of industry experience. He’s originally from Ohio but lived in the Miami/ Fort Lauderdale Metro Area for 25 years. Joe holds certifications with OSHA, CPR, First Aid, and AED. When he’s not working, he enjoys tinkering in his garage and spending time outdoors with his girlfriend Michele.
Dennis Kostecki
Superintendent
With over 35 years of experience in the heavy civil infrastructure industry, Dennis brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and dedication to every project. Growing up on a Midwest farm and working in his family’s concrete business, he developed a strong work ethic, integrity, and a deep understanding of construction fundamentals from an early age.
His hands-on experience in the field has shaped his leadership approach, allowing him to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and municipalities to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. Committed to continuous learning, Dennis holds numerous industry certifications, keeping him at the forefront of best practices and safety standards.
Beyond work, Dennis has a passion for horse training and enjoys spending his free time on the ranch, in the woods, or at a rodeo. His dedication to both his profession and personal pursuits reflects his drive for excellence in all aspects of life.
Jaret Richardson
Construction Estimator
Jaret’s construction journey began in his early teenage years in Alaska, where he helped build his family’s cabin at just 12 years old. At 14 he built their guest cabin from the ground up. His early hands-on experience led him to work as a laborer for a general contractor, where he contributed to the construction of houses and airplane hangars. After earning an associate degree in Business Management and attending West Texas A&M University, Jaret explored various fields, including security and the door industry. He eventually found his niche in the solar industry, where he successfully managed installations worth $13 million dollars annually. In December of 2023, his variety of experiences and background in construction led Timberline Building Systems to bring him on as a Construction Estimator.
In his free time, Jaret likes to hike, camp, fish, kayak, explore breweries, attend concerts, and game.
Morgan Prigmore
Project Manager
Raised in Colorado, Morgan has always had a passion for building connections—whether it’s with people, projects, or her community. She is currently completing her degree in Business with a focus on Project Management and Marketing and enjoys applying what she learns to real-world projects.
When she’s not coordinating or creating, Morgan can usually be found outdoors, riding horses, or planning her next adventure with friends. Her creative side shines through event planning and design projects, which she expresses through her small business.
Morgan believes life is best lived with laughter, hard work, and a strong sense of community. She brings that same energy, organization, and genuine love for people into everything she does—whether she’s managing a project, planning an event, or lending a hand to those around her.
